Refund Policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of antique, vintage, and pre-loved jewelry:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Wear consistent with age

  • Minor imperfections disclosed in listing

  • Colour variations due to screen settings

  • Independent appraisal differences

Exception – Gross Misrepresentation

A return may only be considered if an item is materially and grossly misrepresented in:

  • Metal purity

  • Primary gemstone identification

  • Significant undisclosed structural damage

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

The item must be returned:

  • In original condition

  • Unaltered and not resized

  • With all original packaging

Approval of any return is at our sole discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
