Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise communicated directly to the client or posted elsewhere on the website.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Shipping insurance is not included by default but is available upon request and must be purchased prior to shipment.
Uninsured Shipping – Assumption of Risk
If shipping insurance is not purchased:
The package is shipped at the customer’s sole risk.
The customer assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring before, during, or after transit.
The customer agrees to waive any claim for refund, replacement, reimbursement, or chargeback relating to the shipment and its contents.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier shall constitute proof of delivery.

Lost or stolen packages

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Customs delays or import processing delays
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
Canada
Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to additional import duties.
United States
For U.S. customers, applicable tariffs and import costs are prepaid and included in the item price. This is done to ensure a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected charges upon arrival.
Other International Orders
Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping charges, and any customs-related fees incurred.
